years from now, we started this industry, exclusively for manufacturing
Gravity Rollers with Semi Precision Bearings. We were the first in the
country to manufacture such rollers and with hexagonal shaft and we are
the best in the Country even today.
Over a period of time, we
have developed 10 different sizes and load ratings of semi precision
bearings to meet the need of every industry.
We have started by
supplying to major industries for exporting meeting their stringent
quality standards.
The quality delivery and
service is evident from continuous business with the same clients
for 23 years. We have similar long-standing business with major
industries and a number of multinationals.
With our continuous
research and development,
- We have developed Accumulation Rollers with
adjustable load rating highly suitable for assembly lines
- Chain Driven Roller Conveyors up to 3 tonnes/m
capacity with single chain, which is highly suited for reverse and
forward operations with single drive for up to 10 m length. This system remarkably run silently.
We
have further developed PLC controlled handling systems for polyester
film handling and automobile engine assembly lines which involves
several Pneumatic and Hydraulic Turning, Turn Over, Pushing and Lifting
Operations.
